          I see that the full set of all patrol reports on 28 DVDs can be purchased....but the cost is prohibitive. <ouch>

            Yes, the CDs would be great but cost prohibitive as you say. This is the next best thing. Already found some very interesting stuff. It's kinda like Navsource. You can just jump in anywhere and find something new.
