Cold war era Russian sub?

Am I imagining it, or was there a Russian cold war era sub with a huge externally mounted mast carrying an experimental VLF antenna arrangement mounted at the aft section of the deck? I’m sure I saw a pic of it whilst researching Russian subs of that era, but I never saved the URL to the site. Anybody got any further ideas on this?

Not quite, RB...the one I'm

Not quite, RB...the one I'm thinking of had a lattice type tower on the aft deck section, further towards the rudders than that one is positioned. But thank you anyways for responding.
