Is it possible to get a ready to run WTC in europe?

I'm getting a German type XXI 1/72
and looking for a WTC to it, I'm new to this and i'm not a electronice expert, so can't build it my self.
In US you can buy it ready to run but I can't find any one in europe

The closest thing that I can think of to a ready-to-run dive module for a 1/72nd scale Type XXI would be the modules offered by Small World Models (Dave Manley, located in the U.S.).

In Europe, the only equivalent appears to be the OTW dive module.....but it's far too large for the boat you are looking to build.

If you get in touch with bob Dimmack at OTW, he may be able to make a custom WTC/dive module for you.

I've spoken to the chap who makes the OTW cylinders, a very pleasant chap. They're all made from scratch, so I don't think it would be too much of a problem to make a cylinder for you.

it a czech guy ho build the kit, it is very nice. this is the decription on his home site: Submarine type XXI is one of the last moulds in my production. It's suitable for both advanced modellers and beginners. It is suitable for JOG2 diving system as well. It contains hot stampings of a hull, conning tower, gun towers, sonar, diving planes and rudder.
