Need some ideas.... sub related t-shirts!

    Hi guys...

One of my little side businesses is t-shirt production.

I'd like to create a line of RC-sub inspired shirts for you all to enjoy. Ive come up with a few, but would like to hear any of your ideas and suggestions. They can be anything from serious to funny to downright ignorant. It doesnt matter....

I'll even throw this at you...if you come up with a great idea that I like and can put into print, I'll throw a free shirt of your creation your way.

So come on....put down your dremels for a minute and throw some ideas out there!

also, if theres enough interest, perhaps i can even bring some shirts with me to the regatta and make arrangement through on of our loyal vendors to resell them for me.

keep an eye on this post....i will be putting up a link to a website soon for all the shirts. dont worry...theyll be cheap! =)

    What about a shirt with

What about a shirt with all the British pennants on, one shirt for each class?
You could print them on like a patchwork quilt?

Here is my dad's favorite boat

and two others he was on

I think they are pretty snazzy!

(Now why won't these images come up today?)

        Mike,

I think these are the images? It looks like those web pages cannot be linked to, so I copied the individual images and hosted them on the imageshack site.

Here is a shirt that has been extremely popular on my boat.

          It just says
          "Submariners Do It Deeper"

Other good ones are pictures of a balao(forgive me if i misspelled it) and any quote from down periscope.

            Good Grief!

Would you believe it! My Mac Safari program seems to have locked up on the SC site. It won't let me post or reply (I hear a cheer - STOP IT you bums! ). So, I'm using Internet Explorer for Macs.

Thanks for fixing the post Jeff, I've asked The Barrow Boys if the've infected me with some 'orrible cookie' to teach me a lesson from linking directly.

              PANIC OVER!!!!!

I'm posting again (OK Stop Sighing!) It seems there was some weird block on all images from SC. I have no idea why, and I'm not wasting any more of the few brain cells I have left trying to figure it out.

Some days, I just wish for the old horse & cart era again! I guess today is NOT a good day for me to tinker with my submarine.

I'm going to plant flowers! Can't screw that up!

                  Nope! I'm off

                  Hey there Crazy!

Nope! I'm off to Florida on Monday night, for a couple of weeks. I was going to remodel parts of my house, but I'm scared of tools and electrics now!

Sorry I won't be there guys. Well at least I won't be able to run my Tracker there and screw up all your electrics! (Don't tell me if everything works without me there - I'll just get all irritated!)

We're driving back to NY and stopping in at The Hunley Museum in Charleston, then onto the Outer Banks to see the museum with the U Boat Enigma machine!

David Merriman is posting me my FINISHED Trumpeter Kilo to Naples, so I hope to get some movies of it the pool. Its got a Snort installed! Lets see if I can not sink it!

Did you get the micro servo?

Yes, just heard from Larry and he said you called. The servo came OK yesterday. I had hoped to see you tonite and give you proper thanks, but since you can't make it, THANKS! One doesn't get better service than you give. Well have a safe trip and enjoy! See you in May at the Y.

I think the smiling sawfish on the front or back of a t shirt is always going to be popular....Like Jeff LaRues avatar...or in black.... Eric Topps Devil would be a good one also..... I guess I am partial to the Uboat insignia..

I agree with Rick, the smiling sawfish is a great idea. Probably the best-known symbol of any submarine throughout the community! I would love to own a t-shirt with that.

As to Topp's devil - from the (perhaps incorrect) impression that I get from the other side of the pond, having the devil printed on a t-shirt might not be popular with everybody in the US

                              Isn't the smiling sawfish from a U-boat?
