We switched vendors for printing the SCR to cut our expenses. In reducing the printing costs we were successful. But with that came a few bugs, as would be expected for someone doing a new project for the first time.
One of the major differences is that all the mailing was done from a different post office. It appears that not all of the copies were processed at the same time. These are the kind of things we have no control over. I am looking into it.
Rest assured that we will get things worked out. If this is a problem again with the next issue, we will have to return to the previous vendor, but then more will need to be cut from the cost to make up the difference. We've already cut back on the color cover. So the next cut will need to be shortening the page count.
Please be patient with receiving this issue. I ask that those of you who expect to receive your copies First-class mail in the U.S. give it until the end of this coming week (3-21-2008. In Canada, one week more (3-28-2008. If you still haven't received yours by then, email me and we will get a replacement copy sent.
Oh, include your full mailing address in your emails.
Bulk-mail recipients may be even longer.
Thanks for your patience and understanding.

Just FYI, neither hide nor hair of the SCR here in So. Calif. yet either. I'd already pinged Don Osler on the subject, but now that I've seen your post above, I shall be patient . . . even if I AM frothing at the mouth.
That is a week after I got mine. I think like Pete said they probably ran off maybe 50% of the total lot shipped them and then ran the second lot and shipped them. I do know 50% of subron-8 got their's and 50% did not. But what do I know!! BD.

Finally got mine on the 17th but unfortunately Juan Valdez's burro (I figured that's why it took so long) got hungry and ate part of page 59,60 making for tough reading.
Actually the printer shifted page 5,6 (I think) to the right 2" which then chopped off 59,60.
