    What you need is a

What you need is a circuit that goes between the camera and the transmitter that will "overlay" the information you desire. I believe there are a few commercial boards that will do this, but it's definitely a non-trivial exercise since they likely won't have the sensors you want so you'll have to make those up yourself and you'll have to write all the software to display the info the way you want it.

      not to mention the signal

not to mention the signal degregation your going to get while its underwater... you could float an antenaa to the surface??? most live feeds are pretty distorted once the model submerges...but ive seen great success with the on board recorder devices like from boston scientific that are water tight and records up to 30 min of video...

        video info

        Hi,

the best overlay card to use that I've found and used is the BOB-4 from, I think, Decade engineering. Look up the BOB-4 and you'll find them. It's about $100 US and worth it. You'll need a microcontroller of some kind to interface to it and give it the commands for printing on the screen... You will also have to put together a group of sensors that the microcontroller can read. Then.... you have to write the software to do everything you want. That's the hard part. If you are new to microcontrollers then I might suggest you start with a Basic Stamp 2 or a 2sx. I've done this already so I can help you get through some of the bad manuals/glitches you'll probably run into.
