    WRAM Show 2008

I just came back from the WRAM Show 2008 in White Plains, NY. Here are some pics on the event. The SubCommittee was showing the movie "The Widow Maker" with Harrison Ford. Johan Sauer is building slowly the Skydiver from UFO which will not only dive and surface but will rocket out of the water as well, just for show. Johan pls keep us updated.
Mike from Sub Works and Al Matava from Ships & Things, who already got the new Robbe Uboot kit, were displaying interesting models other than submarines, such as Mike's tanks, very nice.

      A big thanks to Frank

A big thanks to Frank Riccucci, Fung Pang and the crew for manning the booth and spreading the word about the SubCommittee - also to Mike and Al for having sub kits on display!

        Indeed Tim!
Last year at WRAM I had battery issues I needed to resolve for my completed B Dave RCABs setup. Fung looked over my powerless RCABS unit, and first break he got from assisting at SubCom booth he helped me find correct batteries & charger needed from a vendor at the show.

I missed show this year, happy to see Al is back.

The show is big....& considering SubCom, Mikes SubWorks & Ships & Things are the only representitives/vendors catering to the real nuts & bolts of the RC Sub market, I must say they all do a good job of covering the RC Sub hobby A to Z at the event!
        Nice work guys!
