    Most, if not all, German

Most, if not all, German boats used 3 bladed screws. I don't think any German boats used 4 blades...but I could be wrong.

    Diameters:
    VIIC - 162cm
    XXI - 216cm
    XXIII - 180cm
Biber - I have no idea...

    British boats....ask a Bloody Britian...

      Type XXIII

      So the diameters are:

      Type XXIII 3 blade 1,8 m
      Type XXI 3 blade 2,15 m
      Type Biber 3 blade 0,47 m

        Or Briton even.

Although we generally refer to ourselves as English, Scottish or Welsh.

The majority of our boats were three bladers, as for dimensions, haven't got a clue, but I expect the RN submarine museum at Gosport will know. Might be worth shooting them an email if you can't find out elsewhere.
