    SubCommittee T-shirt additions

In preparation for the 4th Model Submarine Regatta in Canberra (that's Australia's national capital, by the way) over Easter, I've made my own iron-on transfers and added a list of my subs onto my shirt.

Just another way to show off your models I guess.....

If anyone else tries it, you can simply add more subs to the list as you build them. Maybe I should have bought a larger size..........

I hope I haven't offended anyone by doing this. That's why I bought two shirts actually.

        G'day ,

        G'day ,

I will be at The Canberra Subregatta in March. I'll probably meet you there.

I was thinking that some sort of T-shirt would be nice. One maybe with Gary Grays Subcomaust log and maybe the Subcommittee logo. If so I would probably by it.

More interesting than all the cheesy Petrohead shirts you see around today.

        regards,

        David Hughes.

I might make them larger for my other SC shirt as well as putting the SubComAust logo on the pocket and my Pier 72 logo under that.

              t-shirt.

              Dave,

Yes, I saw the 10 questions segment in the last SCR and thought it was spot on. Several times at pools I have had those same questions pretty much in that order, without fail. If I had a shirt like that I would simply point to it and say that I expect the next question to be more detailed....

I reckon that would be great on the back with the Subcommitte logo and the subcomaust logo on the front in the top right left corner.

              Great ideas dave...

              regards,

              David H

                David H,

                How about you bring

                David H,

How about you bring a T-shirt to the regatta, I'll bring a couple of iron-on transfers and some baking paper (I use that between the iron and the transfer) then you'll be able to add the transfers using an iron from which ever hotel you're staying at.

That sounds great. I will do that. Where do you get the transfers from?

                    David H,

                    I print them up

                    David H,

I print them up myself on "Iron-on Transfer" paper.
                    It's really quite easy.

I'll ask Gary if it's OK for me to take a few transfers for current SC members if they want them.
