Fallen Shipmate

Our day was saddened to learn of the passing of Master Chief Petty Officer U.S.N. (ret.) and friend Jack M. Kocher. Jack had a long fight with cancer. He had been a long time member of the Subcommittee and it was his last wish that his wife Lois be allowed to continue to receive the "Subcommittee Report" in his name. In keeping with his long Naval service Jack will be buried at sea by the U. S. Navy.
