Hi Paul - I got this from Mush Morton's neice. Thought you might want to contact her. I sent you an email with her contact info.

PS - there is a nice interview with Ginny on Kerry Addington's SubRegatta 2007 DVD!

Hi Tim - I don't know if you remember me but I am Mush Morton's niece, Ginny Combs. We met at the pond in Carmel, IN at the SubRegatta iin August.

My cousin, Doug (Mush's son) sent me a t-shirt that he would like the writer of "Mush the Magnificent" to have. He had them made for the reunion of the Wahoo families which takes place Oct.11 which is the 64th anniversary when the Wahoo went down. Give me a call if you know how to contact the writer.

    Thanks!
    Ginny

    Hi Tim,

    I loves the free

    Hi Tim,

    I loves the free t-shirts!

Actually I'm in Hawaii presently for the memorial service which is today. Jeff Porteous is here too. I've met Doug but didn't know about this. And I don't think he made the connection either. So, we'll have to chat again today.

We had a meet and greet party on Tuesday for all the families. There's over 150 relatives here. Yesterday we toured the Arizona, Missouri and the Pacific Aviation Museum on Ford Island.

As Jeff and I stood a few feet from where the surrender documents were signed on Missouri in 1945, and a film of oil from the Arizona tinted the water below us, a Flt II LA boat got underway from the sub base and headed out to sea. Pretty awe inspiring.

We're posting to a blog each day about our experiences in HI. You can read it here]http://war-fish.blogspot.com[/url]. But don't worry, we'll be writing it up for the SCR as well.
    Warm regards,

    Paul Crozier
