I have been working on the Los Angeles Flight 3 for some time now and it is coming together pretty well. I almost feel sorry for the guys that tried doing this before we got all the neat stuff that we have now.
The New Thor electronics I am using are working out really well for anyone that hasnt tried them. And the smaller sizes make life a lot more pleasant than trying to cram in a lot of wires and big components into those tight spaces. I did not need to change one connector. Just hook em up and go.
That ringed prop on the Flight 3 is almost like a flywheel and it seems to help the boat run very smoothly.
This is going to look Nice next to the Ohio Class from Matt later this summer. That one is going to be a work of ART. And yes I dont care if it does have a big turning radius!!!
