What is the most reccomened WTC that is on the market, which Manufacture is the most reccomened" D&E, Small World Models or Mike's Sub Works.

All the WTCs you mention have their supporters. It is really up to you as a builder to decide which one will work best for you and your budget.

There is a great write-up on RCABS and RCABS-R in the current issue of the SubCommittee Report (#69). In it, George "Crazy Ivan" Protchenko describes the difference between the two and how he has built his. The RCABS WTCs are available as "Experimenter's Kits" from Big Dave Welch.
