Info for members having boats being held by Charles Anderson

Ward and I have located your boats and equipment. The property is in a storage facility in Port Washington, WI. The equipment is being held by the owner of that facility, because of non-payment of rent, in the amount of $361.00. Ward and I are attempting to deal with the owner, and pay the arrearage, and arrange to have all the subs moved to another storage room, that we will rent, until we can get up there to take possession. The boats are all mixed up with Charles' personal property, and it would be almost impossible to separate ours from his without him being there personally. He tells us he is now living 55 miles away, without a means of transportation. So putting this all together is going to be complicated.

I've asked Charles to send me the email addresses of his customers who's equipment he has, but he is using a friends computer to contact us, and we're not sure if he knows who's property is who's. We are securing your subs

Just a heads up for any members who have property with Charles Anderson, or Model Construction Co. I sent a check yesterday to the owner of the storage company where Charles Anderson has stored your boats. The check was for $393.00 and covered Chuck's arrearage in rent due. The plan is to move all the boats and quipment into a separate storage unit until Ward and I can get up there or have the stuff packed up, and we can get physical control of it and sort what belongs to whom.

Please, if you have anything due to you from Charles, contact either Ward or I ASAP and give us a description of what you're missing.

Anyone who has boats missing from this guy, either email Ward or I, or post a reply here. Ward went up yesterday and picked up a number of boats from Charles Anderson, and we need to get your property back to you.
