Cant make changes to Profile

How come I cannot change my profile? I am trying to change the avatar and I browse and submit and then it still has the old one, tells me I have to fill in required fields and does not do it!

Why would I have to fill in my password again, CHANGE it, and confirm the change just so I can change my avatar? It is having a problem with the required fields it seems.

Help me out!

EDIT: You have to fill out the Location and Interests blocks now... The password can be left alone.. Sorry for the bother!
