Pressure switch

I am planning to make a pump ballast system, with a rubberback for storing the water. The problem is, I wont the pump to stop at a specific pressure, therefor I need a pressure switch. Does anyone know where to get a very small pressure switch for water.

If anyone have knowledge of a an easy way to get a rubberback at around 1 litre, please post that too.

Personly I have been thinking of using the rubberback, from the inside of a handball. But there must be an easier way.

Please help me.
