Gentlemen,
I was able to contact Chuck via some personal detective work, and I spoke with him tonite. Here is the situation, as I stated before I knew that Chuck and his family had fallen on hard times, financially and physically. He assured me that he would return any property that he had although it may not be complete. The items would be shipped FED EX from Post Net in Grafton, WIS. He understands the frustration of his clients, but he is concentrating on getting back his feet again. He also assured me that he will reimburse any funds that he owes. He is currently getting his finances in order. If you are a SC member who is involved in this situation, please contact me and I will give you his new address to contact him as he is currently off-line. Thanks for your understanding.
