I was able to contact an anquaintance of the Andersons and found that they have fallen on hard times. I have left a message with this person to have Chuck contact me. Hopefully once I speak with him we can sort this issue out. I will keep the membership informed.

Ill health, hard time or not, it seems this fella still retains the ability to cash cheques etc.
