    experimental U-boats

    Hello all,
I have recently been surfing for some pictures of experimental/project U-boats. The problem is I cannot find any pictures of experimental U-boats type XX, XXII, and types passed XXIII (minus the midget subs.) Anybody have some sketches or something of these boats? I am curious to see what they look like.

      Yup, good book....but be careful

Yup, good book....but be careful with the section on experimental U-boats. Those that are the artist's renditions and not photos. While they look very nice, some are very much a contradiction with outher, more knowledgeable sources.

          Thanks a bunch you guys!

Thanks a bunch you guys! I do enjoy books with the artists renditions and such. Speaking of which there is another book, that has a bunch of experimental weapons that both the germans and allies thought of or started work on; Its called "My Tank is Fight!" It has a lot of artwork and some bad nazi jokes, and is an overall good book, so I hear. Also, You guys, I believe, know about the XI u-cruiser, right? I found several websites that say they found the wreck of one off of Cape Cod. I'm not too sure about it, As I have been told that they never were actually built, only laid down and then canceled. Take a look at the article]http://www.forumgarden.com/forums/showthread.php?t=138[/url]

any possibility of this being true? I'm not too sure as I found this article on some kind of conspiracy theorists website (U.S. government is testing microwave weapon ON U.S. CITIZENS!, and such articles.) as well as subsim.com
