Hull alignment - Technical

Hi everyone,
As a newcomer to this forum and submarine modelling I wondered if I anyone had any suggestions for aligning the hulls of a "Sheerline" Trafalgar. They don't fit seem to properly. Thanks in advance

I know it's not the same sub / hull, but he shows how to fit the two halves of a hull together, and how to align them for cutting etc. I'm a new-be as well, and I have really learned alot from this forum, ThorDesign, and http://www.rc-submarines.com/
