    HDW’s shipyard in Kiel, Germany saw the world’s first air-independent fuel cell propulsion engined submarine, U31 begin its maiden voyage.

        I read about this in the Naval Institute "Proceedings" Is there anyplace we can get some modeling plans? The boat has a good look to it and would make an interesting modeling subject.
