Hi Paul,
I printed the info on a Laser printer and reversed the forground and background (white on Black). Yes, the plaque has many cotes of spray laquer as well... Be sure to take note of where the limber holes need to be placed. I had to fill in the few holes in the second row because I started them too high on one side. My hull didn't have any of the second row limber holes marked on the hull.
