Type VIIC kit ID please

I recently acquired a 10' Type VIIC In almost finished condition, missing some parts such as decks (fore & aft), cable cutter, hoses, etc. The boat appears to be wood/resin/fiberglass construction.
The conning tower is a wonderful peice of work, with individual rivets & such. It is modeled as the U96. Does anyone know who produced a kit in this size? Also, Is there anyone in the LA. (CA.) area who has delt with the workings of a pump type ballast system who can help me figure out where or what to do about the missing parts. I have been running R/C subs for a couple of years but I am not famillar with this scratchbuilt wtc & ballast system.
Ps. are there any clubs or meetings in so. Cal I can attend?

10' ? I don't think that any company ever mass produced a boat that big ! Not even the 32nd // one was that big.
That must be a scratch built work. Would it be possible for you to post some pictures ?
I have built a few pump boats, so if you have some questions, feel free to ask !
