The Euronaut is a manned, diesel-electric submersible with an operational diving depth of 250 meters. She is designed and being built by Carsten Standfuss, a German naval architect.
She has a surfaced/submerged displacement of approx. 57,3/67,6 metric tonnes and an overall length of 16,01 meters. The diameter of the pressure hull is 2,5 meters. She is equipped with an integrated diver lock out chamber, and is in general designed as a submersible diver support vessel.
