The conning tower isn't right- details too exaggerated.
Also shows forward vanes having trim tabs- not so on the real boats.
There are probably other details, but they're probably so minor as not to be an issue.
You have to accept that a lot of things about these boats are classified, and will remain that way for a long time to come. So you have to accept a certain amount of 'error' and build the boat.
My Jecobin plans have the scale written on them as part of the drawing, so they're not merely reduced copies, as far as I'm aware.
Mike if you want i could try and scan the plan on to the pc and then email to you, but you should no that it's only an A4 size scanner that i have and there would be alot of images.
andy do you no anyone that has descent plans of a British S or T class boat nothing i have shows bulkhead/frames.

I got my T-class plans on ebay. The plans say they are drawn in 1/72 scale (3/8" = 1 foot), but I'm sure this is incorrect. The seller only claims the plans are for a hull 60" long with a 6" beam. (NOTE]
Just an idea but the Heisz Wolf website has a sample of the Jecobin Vanguard plans on his surprise, surprise plan section. I can`t remember the exact address but it is something like,
