    USS Dolphin - AGS555

    Hi everyone,
I just wanted to mention that we are going to have the USS Dolphin AGS-555 model in 1/72 scale [27" or so] available by end of March time frame. We have been officially commissioned to create it and are now underway with it. The Dolphin is a very interesting boat. It is the Navy's only remaining Diesel and has served as a test platform for many of the technologies that are integral to the deployed submarine fleet.
I will make sure I post photos with client permission of the model as we go here so that you can see how it is coming. Dolphin is going to be every bit as detailed as our NR-1 model although Dolphin is not AS detailed as NR-1 but we will get every panel and grating done... oh yeah...

      HI Andy...

The Mystic as a kit will be available when can get to making our new molds. I am not sure if you meant RC or Static but I think you mean RC. I do not know that price yet until Dave Merriman and I can get together regarding design issues surrounding thrusters and WTC requirements. As I may have said, Dave is waiting for me to get him a copy of the hull so he can render his magic upon our magic. At that point this little Tub/Pool/DeepOcean Model will be available! It will be very highly maneuverable.

You know... To me, my reply seemed like it was really just a collection of vague blabbin'. I hope it did not come off that way Andy!

Oh I'm not worried about a ready made RC version, the static version is fine, so long as it's hollow- I'm quite capable of making my own guts for the DSRV.
