Does anyone have any useful drawings for info on this boat? I've gone over what the web has to offer and the specifications are approximate at best. I find length listed from 152' to 165', and the beam from 18' - 19' 3".

Surprise! Yes, it's little ol' me. You coulda just called me, bud! The guy you wanna talk to is Jim Rogers (one of the SubVets in my local L.A. group). He's been on the (San Diego-based) Dolphin several times, and if I recall correctly, is pretty good buds with its current COB. If anyone could get you some drawings, I bet Jim could. (One story he told at a Saturday recent meeting was attending the Jimmy Carter christening and meeting at length personally with the former President.)
