What Class of sub is this? - Seen when leaving San Deigo

Hey Guy's

Last Friday, I left San Diego on the USS Ogden (LPD-5) for a 5 day trip to Seattle and snapped this shot as we passed Ballast Point. From the flag she looks like a Swedish Sub and was wondering if it was a A19 Class Attack Sub. So, what do you guys think?

Correct. Gotland was transported via a ship transport dock to San Diego from Sweden since late June 05. Gotland will begin a one-year bilateral training effort with the U.S. Navy’s anti-submarine warfare forces in July. Photo of same sub in the Subs in the News section posted by me earlier.

[color=#000000]The reason for this training is because the Gotland's Air Independent Propulsion (AIP) makes this boat a significant threat due to the stealth and duration of the nuke which puts it between a nuke and a DE in performance. Submarine]
