For others, I would urge that you go back & read Jeff's post, as well as that of Tim Smalley. In the past when this topic has come up, surveys have indicated that while people may be interested in a CD-ROM or downloadable, they are not ready to give up the physical magazine. Virtually all of the $26 yearly fee goes into producing the magazine, and as Jeff points out, there are certain economics that do not allow the fixed cost of producing it to go much lower.
BTW, a little history lesson (I'm partial to history lessons....)]
