I have recieved a few very angry messages from customers of atomic subs in the last month regarding a serious lack of response to emails and phone calls. Some have not recieved product ordered within the last 3 months and some require replacement parts and CD plans due to shipping damage.
I have done the best I can to try and reach Lyle to assist you. I have been unable to reach him via email and phone as well.
Unfortunately all of the stock is with Lyle and he has your money. The orders were placed with Atomic Subs and there is very little I can do other than continue to try and reach him.
All I can do is apologize for any troubles you have had and continue to try and reach Lyle. I have never had any problems with Atomic Subs and I am sure there is a very good reason for the lack of response. Please be patient and we will get to the bottom of this.
