    membership list - who updates it?

    Hi,

    Just got my report throught today, complete with membership list.

    Now I'm not one to grouse, as the guys who run the Sub committee work very hard for little reward. However, the email address listed under my name is about 5 years out of date.

    I did notify the membership secretary about this a couple times, but it's obviously slipped under the wire, or I've notified the wrong individual.

    Anyone help?

    Andy,
    Up until a couple months ago, the individual responsible was me. It's now Don Osler, our new Membership Chairman.

    I suspect you've been notifying the webmaster about your email. While it;s nice for him to know, in order for it to be changed in the master files, the membership chair needs to know. You can accomplish this by either emailing him, or making the correction on the renewal card. Remember also, that if you sent back the renewal card with an update after the list was generated in early Jan, the old address will still appear in print this year.
