    Romeo class plans

    I'm looking for accurate plans of the Romeo class submarines.
    I'm really curious about the actual stern configuration. The Trumpeter model (chinese Type 33) is really crappy in that area. The propellers configuration is all wrong compared to a picture of an egyptian Romeo in dry dock. (not to mention the torpedo doors!! what a POS!!)

    I know that Dave Merriman has built several Romeos sometime ago and wrote an article about it. Does anybody has that article or good info about the stern configuration?

    Thanks!!

      Gantu,
      thanks! Funny thing is that

      [color=#000000]Gantu,
      thanks! Funny thing is that I'm one of the authors of the second link... the very same old Gerwalk. I'm looking for more detailed plans and images of the stern. I should say that I think we have enough for modifying the Trumpeter Type 33 into a decent Romeo.

      What surprises me a lot is that nobody complained about the obvious defects of the model and it is now an old model. The same thing about the Kilo class]
