SOVIET MILITARY ARCHIVES - How does one contact them?

[color=#000000]About a few years ago someone had a posting about getting a good amount of submarine documents from Russian (formerly Soviet) military archives. I would like to contact the SubCommittee member who got this information.

Try"Atomic Tuna",who posts sometimes on this board. Boris lives in germany and is Russian. I have talked to him via internet and phone a few times. He is a wealth of infromation. If you dig back in earlier posts, you will see some pretty impressive pictures of his Revell Type VII builds.
