Hi everyone! Well I've had a lot of heplp getting my membership updated and getting onto the website, including addin a homepage for myself. This is reall y great and it looks like you've done a ton of work over the last 5 years. I love the webpage I think that will add a lot to the membership.
I'm finally going to get my sub done! Iposted a few pics under my webpage if you'd like to see the starting point. It's under TheMongoose. My boat is a 1/48 scale Fleetboat that I'm modeling after the Pompano which was used for the movie Down Periscope. If anyone has any tips for me please drop me a line. Mike from Mike's Subworks has gotten me off to a fine start. Now that I have a to-do list and a parts list I'm off to get this thing done!
Looking forward to meeting a bunch of you at the Regatta. It's actually in my neck of the woods this year which is what motivated me to get going on this sub...4 kids over the last few years hasn't helped me get started though! LOL.
