    It's the ADXL202 accelorometer chip.

It's the ADXL202 accelorometer chip. It seems to be what everyone is using now.

Logical choice, as it functions well.

      APC-4 uses an all

APC-4 uses an all solid state accelerometer which also functions as a tilt sensor with astounding sensitivity. Since it is all solid state, it can be mounted vertically, horizontally, or anything in between as long as the tilt axis (fore and aft) is appropriate.

APC-4 is also capable of “standing alone” (with no signal input) which has 2 benefits]
