How many sub builders in LA? Please post - Lets see some pictures too

Just wondering how many submarine nuts are in my area. LA county that is. I live in Northridge and have yet to find any other sub people so far.

So let's see some posts if your out there. Post pictures of your subs. Maybe we have a little get together one weekend. Either at my pool or a good pond if one is around here with clear water. Balboa lake is a bit murky but we could meet there. Just watch your depth.

I was talking on the phone with CA member Jeff Porteous last night, and he was telling me how much he wished someone would start up a local group in the LA area. The Mare Island SubRon is kind of far away for the LA folks.

Just want to get out in the sun and the water for a nice day with the sub guys. So much more relaxing than the RC jet events I attend. Low pressure and no mishaps causing a 2000$ bird to hit the pavement at 100+ mph!
