    Go to Amazon and order

Go to Amazon and order Submarines of the Soviet Navy 1918-1945. You will find a tremendous amount of information about missions and maneuvers in all theatres that the Russians had submarine operations in, including the Pacific.

      Closest I could find was

Closest I could find was Submarines of the Russian and Soviet Navies, 1718-1990.

Googling for that title turned up Soviet submarines 1922-1945. Part 1 book and Soviet submarines 1922-1945. Part 2 book but they look to be in Russian. DO you happen to know the author or ISBN of the book you mentioned?
