New York Sub Shopping - .

I have a trip planned from the Uk to New York for earl next year, and plan to buy boats/subs/kits ect when Im over.

Can anyone recommend any shops that sell complete kits or just hulls for subs in manhatten or nearby that I could visit that sell sub related stuff ?

most of the good hobby shop, in new york city, are gone.
[Polk's Hobby that was THE hobby shop, now they only do mail order.]

but every thing on the shell could be mail order for less.

if the timing is right. The WRAM show, at the last weekend of February. did most of my shopping there.
about one hr. train from NYC, no driving needed.
