1/96 Typhoon - Copeland hull owners

I would like to find out who else has one of these hulls.
I have a couple of questions, and would like to hear from whoever has one.
I wonder how many were made...

    I have a chance to

I have a chance to get a set of 2" scimitar props for this boat.
But I read on another website that 2.25" props are recommended. I would like to know the correct size for this boat before I commit one way or another. I cannot measure the boat because it will not be back to me for a bit.
I have been gathering parts for this one and the Akula. For my own reasons, now works for getting the props. Does anyone know what size is correct?

        I have found a set

I have found a set of 55 mm (in the neighborhood of 2.25) and 58 mm. If it was not for the shrouds it would not be a big deal. I want to use all the prop I can. She is going to be a lumbering kind of a thing.
Thanks for getting me in the ballpark.
        Anybody have one?

              The Ohio is another awsome

The Ohio is another awsome hull Copeland made.
David Merrimen used one in his excellent "how to" on building model submarines and the various steps.
It was not until I started this thread that I realized there must not be many of them at all. I have heard from no one about other hulls out there.
I know Merrimen has a Typhoon, and me.
              Could this be true?
Nobody on the board or in the Subcommittee has a working Typhoon or Ohio hull, or one gathering dust somewhere?
              Anyone?

That is a fine example of a Copeland hull. I have tried to get this builder's e-mail,but have been unsucessful.

Its best looking RC typhoon model that I have seen. The owner of subconcepts doesn't have it?

[I]"parden me" But you guys seem alittle-to fast to know all that is out there, and {ponder} all that is -problaby-not? Correct? It's just that i say this, because....I saw a website not to "long-ago" where a fella' {made} not only--the most-scale to trueness' as it can come........He being a very good enginer' and all....but this thing, being the {very} fusy person that i have been called, as an Model builder..i.e ....everything has to look "just perfect," "or else!" -Not that that actually happens, all the time. But that this guy' was top-notch!!!!!! And i mean i coulden't-belive how good of an enginer he was! "Sorry," don't remember-the web site "Now if you could just excuse my spelling? I never was good at it!
