Lee Upshaw anyone had a problem w/him

I bought a 1/96 scale Alfa about two years ago from The Scale Shipyard. I was told that the control surface would be mailed. Well need less to say I never received them. This is my first large sub buy. I hope that this is not how the other sub manufactures do business. This will most likely to be my last buy of a large sub. I don't expect to wait 2 years for parts.
    Can anyone help me?

That's a pretty flippant comment for someone who was accused of being 2 years behind on an order.

Have you tried emailing or calling him? I know a lot of times, he's actually given people two sets of resin parts so I feel it's most likely an innocent oversight.
Casey, keep your feble attemps at flame jobs to yourself. You are not helping anything.

Actually I too was surprised by Lee's response. I figured there was a hidden exchange that went on somewhere that I missed that is a reason of some kind for Lee's response...

I guess I am a twit too? Was I also trolled? I guess your summer is boring Casey because I did not follow your rant that you obviously have WAY too much time to write!

The family and I just got back from a week in Gatlinburg, Tn. I have a few days left on vacation and decided to get on the computer for a while. I'm not bored at all but decided to shake things up a bit. Some people take things a little too seriously though. Oh well, C'est la vie.

                      HI Casey,

Yeah I hear you about shaking things up. . I AM curious though if Lee had a reason for saying that. He usually does. Maybe he was just shaking things up too. I am sure the Small Sub Guy is not too amused at the moment though.

As I have said in the past there should be someone on here who gathers vendor complaints and settles them as an arbitrator. If the arbitrator gets no results and no product is delivered, (if and only if it was paid for and not delivered), then the vendor loses his advertising in the SC and is not allowed to post here until it is. But, politics being as they are my suggestions have fallen on deaf ears. In all fairness, I have never had a problem with a vendor that could not be resolved and if I were in the kit/hull business I would settle the issue or give a refund to keep the bad posts from hurting me. I'm sure if there is a problem Lee will correct it. As far as Lee's comment, I have no idea what his motive was. I did think it was weird and I made a comment about it knowing that it would piss someone off, which it did. Funny how people got mad at me and never tried to help the original poster. Life is funny that way.
