If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.
Mike was one of the legends of model submarines. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him. Deepest condolences to his friends and family, and to those of you that were lucky enough to run with him in these recent years.
We are sorry to this news. We met Mike over the years when he attended the Carmel Fun Runs
and at the Grotton Sub Runs. He was very knowledgeable in the hobby and a great guy.
Our condolences to his family and friends.
A few years ago he let my granddaughter run one his subs at Yorba Regional Park. She got a kick out of it! He was also a law enforcement brother. RIP Mike.
