I hate being a perfectionist

I am my own worst critic. After looking at another Thresher model, (I hate you Paul Crozier , I decided to do the easy off oven spray (best way to strip paint off a hull you ever saw) on the top half and start over. Well I have run out of time before the Carmel run and will just have the top part in primer and lower in anti foul red. The boat is untested and may sink like a rock, but what the hey. See you guys on Friday.

Very good, Tim. I bought semi gloss though and it looks pretty good. I'm not a Merriman by a long shot in the paint department. Nothing ever looks decent when I'm done. At a distance the boat looked good but up close the non skid was cracked and the other paint didn't look very good either.
Maybe I can get some pointers at Carmel. I was busy with the kids last year so I should be able to ask plenty of questions this time.
