Modding a RadioMaster TX16s to 75mhz

Hi I was wondering. There is a guy on youtube who Modded a RadioMaster TX16s to 40mhz. My question could this be done with a retuned JR module for 75mhz.

I posted that sometimes ago.
Just stuff a 75MHz crystal, but one of my modul the crystal is soldered to the board, have to undo it.
Futaba or hitec module also works!


I like the flysky fs-th9x ,CHEAP, was a 72MHz, clean look after mod. Also I finded a 12ch receiver that works with it. There is a way to go 16ch, I may be pushing it.

Thinking saleing one of them with synthesized module with 12 ch receiver, small 7 ch JR receiver....

Forgot, the old modules runs on 9.8V, the radio master TX16 about 7V, so the RF out put may be less. Flysky fs-th9x is up to 12V.
If you can't find a JR module, you can stuff a futaba or Hitec RF guts in to a JR 2.4GHz housing. You Don't need the 6V mod.
