    Jason,

    If David Merriman has summoned

    Jason,

If David Merriman has summoned you to defend your remarks, you'd better dam# well "step up to the plate" and see what he has to say. You owe that much out of respect as David IS the Master when it comes to Model Submarines.

So, nut up and see what Dave has to say about you!

      Safrole is natural rootbeer flavor,

Safrole is natural rootbeer flavor, which has now been sadly replaced by artificial flavoring, which is just not the same. I always loved natural rootbeer, but now they decided it will kill you, so life got a bit duller. Why are you buzzing about my little screen name? I've had that for years. I am 'safrole' on ebay as well.

You know my phone number is on the website. You can call me and talk to me. I'm a real person. You can call me up and chew me out if you want. This "if you are man enough" and "step up to the plate" and "nut up and see" talk reminds me of some double-dog-dare-you schoolyard banter. Why don't you guys just start clucking at me? (just kidding)

Matt, I like the "look it up" reference! That's never gonna die. I do apologize about that remark; it was snippy and premature.

I already shot Dave an email.

                On track it is.
                I

                On track it is.
I won't be making it this year, in large part, due to gas prices. I also have to skip the USS Amberjack reunion (first one since she was decommissioned in 73) for the same reasons.
I hope this helps. Or, at least, satisfies your curiosity.
                Mike
