Revell was sold to Blitz and Revell Germany (revell.de) is running the show with talks of opening the USA branch soon. This is the address for the dry transfers to use for draft marks and hull numbers. The 1/16" would be the correct size for 1/96 scale, and 1/8" would be correct for 1/48. 3/32" would be good for the 1/72 scale numerals you seek. Takes time to apply, but when done, look quite good! I've used 'em for years.
