I have three 1500 mha hooked up in my sub and I charge each one at 400 mha at a voltage of 7.2(like battery) for exactly four hours. Is this correct? Because in the specs for the battery it says to charge between 400-500 mha.
Thanks,
Tom Kudla
I believe if you charge it at 150mAh (C/10) for a couple of hours (15) or so each you will get a better charge. Doing a search on the web on charging batteries will give you a better idea on how to charge your batteries. You will be amasied on how complicated it can become to get the best results. You will also find fast charging for in the field. It all depends on how in depth you want to get. A standard fast charger for a couple bucks will probably due.
I just wanted to add, if you can afford it the best investment you can make is one of the automatic chargers like the FMA Supernova. It will charge and cycle your batteries for you. The best way to get more time out of a battery is to cycle it once and a while. I would not be without mine, and it is not really alot of money. Dave.
