Looking for a List of 1/96 Submarine Dealers

    Hello
I am just curious if the membership can / would like to post a list of vendors who sell 1/96 submarine hulls / types and their links. Would be like a quick reference point for future customers. Also a Separate 1/72 source as well.
Look forward to seeing the replies.
    Thanks
    George

    Wow
With ALL the membership here, no one has a minute to put a list together of sources of 1/72 and 1/96 submarine kits so newbees can find them quickly.

If that is on your heart to see a list, please help us out and create it. I do not think it would take a minute.
If you can cut, drill, saw, hit things and swear a lot, you're well on the way to building a working model sub.

I have not been able to build them but I can look for them. Thanks, Tom. It took me more than a minute.

What would you think if this was a feature in the paid membership? We could have a comprehensive list of vendors.

WE already have a Vendors section in the forum.
Why not just update the entries and move the obsolete vendors to the bottom of the list for reference?

That's a mighty short list. We all advertise on the site and the few of us that remain are in the vendors section, as Ralph pointed out. That list really needs to be updated.
                            Regards,

                            Matt

From my perspective I believe we would want to encourage as many people as possible to be able to find R/C sub vendors. Doing that hidden behind the members-only content would not seem to be in line with the mission of the SubCommittee. That's one reason why we have had a consolidated vendor list that can be seen off the main SC web page.

What this is telling me is that people are not going to our main web site homepage.....perhaps we need to place a sticky post in the forum that points to the list?
