Vender Recommendations - Modelbrass Photoetched Deck

I would like to acknowledge the products and services of Modelbrass from whom I recently purchased a brass deck for my U-47. The order was received within five days, arrived in good condition and the whole process was handled well. Jason's integrity was evident, as was his desire to deliver a satisfactory product of high quality. I would recommend Modelbrass to anyone wishing to upgrade their Robbe U-47 or order anything else that Modelbrass may produce in the future. (No! I don't know him personally and he didn't pay for these remarks).


While I'm offering my thoughts regarding vendors I would also like to express some overdue comments about three other individuals who have been great to deal with. Over the past few years I have had the pleasure of dealing with Matt (Thor Design) Skip(Subtech) & Al (Ships & Things), all of whom I can only say great things about. Many positive comments have been posted about these venders in the past and I just want to second all those remarks and add my name to their supporters.

I received my brass U-47 deck in a very timely and well packaged condition.

I would like to see some instructions with it but I guess that will eventually come also. Maybe on the web site ?

I also have had great experiences with Skip (Subtech) and Lee (Scale shipyard) (I bought a 1/96 Akula) and Frank at Subconcepts !

I would highly recomend these vendors to everyone here !
