    Got Snow?

I thought I would start this post.
They have had one for years on RCG where members post how the weather has been.
It is interesting to see how others are coping with the "White excrement from the sky".
As my buddy Jim B likes to call it.
Not just in the US but the world.
Here in Upstate NY it's been cold but snowfall has been lite for us.
It seems to hit then melt. Buffalo and Syracuse get hammered but we only have a few inches in Rochester.
It is going to 57 mid week so it will melt again.
    Can you say POTHOLES.
Hope you all are surviving this years weather. Stay warm! BD

Record cold and record snows. We hit -25 F with no windchill last Wednesday and we have been receiving 3-6" of snow every day. We woke up to an additional foot of snow this morning. I have run out of places to push the snow with my tractor. Looking forward to spring!
    Regards,

    Matt

3 degrees yesterday am. over 8 inches of snow, which for this area, is a showstopper.

6 degrees and 10+ inches of snow Saturday into Sunday. Third snow of the season. Region is in moderate drought for rain. Seems like we're trying to make it up in other ways. 50 degrees this coming Thursday!

What do you mean "stay warm."

It's 35 degrees and sweltering here on the Central coast of NSW. humidity 80% and Sydney is set for close to 40 degrees tomorrow.

          Good fibreglassing weather....
I'll go and sit in the fridge...

70F and sunny here in Naples. We got cold (for Florida) over the last few days, dropping into the 40's. I was in Iowa last week and got enough of cold weather to refresh my memory about why I moved away from Alberta in the first place!

We must have gotten the tail end of your wind.
It was bad Tuesday night. Lots of power outages.
I mean it 55 deg outside now.
I am not complaining but it is upstate NY in the middle of January.
But snow again tomorrow. Then I hear in the 40's again next week.
                  Like I said, POTHOLES. BD

I heard on the news the other day that we had snow on the ground in 49 of the 50 states.
Did not say which one was the oddball.
FL I would guess. Believe it or not there is snow on the island of Hawaii a good portion of the year.

Yeah, up on top of the volcano, not down on the beach (at least they dont tell potential tourists that!). If you
see the snow cap turn bright red, run! Its erupting!

I just heard that big ice storm is still headed OK way.
It sounds like a big one too. Stay safe. BD
