As you've probably found, the Subs are not available except by mail order. He usually has a 5 week delivery time but he could be on Holiday over Easter.

I don't think it is the Sheerline Akula kit for a couple of reasons
The Sheerline Akula is about 44" long (I just measured mine) not 32"
The Sheerline lower hull is one piece not 3.
The kit also normally comes with all the running gear WTC etc except radio.
